Annette is an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Plant Nutrition and Wellness's Parkinson and Springfield Clinic. She also offers online consults and home visits.
Annette completed her Bachelors in Food Science and Nutrition, followed by a Masters in Dietetics, from Monash University in Melbourne. Her interest in nutrition sparked from her love for food, health and the effect food has on the body.
Annette strongly believes in a holistic approach to health and her consultations aim to provide her clients with personalised and realistic strategies to help them achieve their health goals.
Her main areas of interest include plant based nutrition, heathy living, creating meal plans and chronic disease management including overweight/obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension and gut related disorders.
