Crunchy Vegan Granola


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brazil nuts

  • 1/2 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1/2 cup pepitas

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconuts

  • 1/2 cup agave nectar

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp garam masala

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

  2. In a small bowl mix spices with melted coconut oil, ensuring a smooth consistency

  3. In a large bowl mix together nuts, oats and shredded coconut

  4. Drizzle coconut oil and spices throughout mi

xture and stir well

  1. Line tray with baking paper and evenly spread mixture

  2. Place tray in oven and cook for 10 minutes

  3. Stir mixture and cook for a further 10 minutes

  4. Remove from oven and drizzle mixture with agave syrup

  5. Allow to cool and serve with fruit and yoghurt
