Vegan meal planning: how to do it without getting stressed!

Last week, I uploaded my first YouTube video! I decided to release my first video on meal planning as it something that I am super passionate about because of three main reasons.

Firstly, it saves a bucketload of time. Yes sure you have to spend 15-30 minutes writing it out (this will slowly reduce as you get better!) BUT it saves you having to think about what to eat when you get home late at night from a busy and tiring day at work.

Secondly, it saves money. When you plan your meals there is no more fruit or vegetables rotting in the fridge at the end of the week. That idea of "oh i'm going to buy X this week to use in X dish" believe it or not, will actually happen and not just a distant thought that never gets done.

Lastly, and what I would say is most importantly, it makes eating healthy, a whole lot easier! When we plan our meals it gives us the opportunity to think about what we're going to be putting into our body for the week agead. So we can really think about getting those 2 pieces of fruit and 5 cups of veggies into our meals!
